Natasha Hirte, LPC
Owner Natasha Hirte, LLC
Welcome! My name is Natasha. I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 10 years, and I feel honored to walk alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. I work with adolescents and adults ages 13 and older, providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, meaning I believe that every person has their own unique story, strengths, and path toward healing. I strive to meet each client where they are, taking the time to understand their experiences, challenges, and goals. I believe that with the right support, guidance, and tools, meaningful change is possible.
Throughout my career, I have developed a passion for helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, and significant life transitions. I have experience working in partial hospitalization settings and have spent the past eight years in private practice supporting individuals with a variety of mental health and substance use concerns.
I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, while tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs and comfort level. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop effective coping skills, build confidence, and create lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe it is important to have a therapist who makes you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout the process. Whether you are working through past experiences, facing current struggles, or looking for personal growth, I am here to support you in your journey toward healing and a more fulfilling life.
